+ Etymology:neuter of a compound of 1497 and a presumed derivative of 2380;
- Definition: an image-sacrifice, i.e. part of an idolatrous offering
+ KJV usage::--(meat, thing that is) offered (in sacrifice, sacrificed) to (unto) idols.
